Kelly was in attendance for the exhibit’s grand opening, and was joined by his daughter, Laura Bates, and granddaughter, Keelin, to celebrate the museum’s newest addition. EDGEFIELD, S.C. — The National Wild Turkey Federation is pleased at the passing of the 2018 Omnibus Appropriations Bill. Among many other funding issues, this bill contains forest management reform and fire funding solution provisions that the National Forests so direly need. These provisions provide budget relief to the USDA Forest Service by capping the amount of wildfire funding that must come from its annual budget and supplying disaster funding to make up the difference.
